That's So Meta
Objective: Create a movie where a character is watching another movie or TV show.
Steps
1. Watch the sample clips for inspiration.
2. Write a one paragraph proposal/summary describing your planned project.
3. Write a list of the clips and audio you think you will need. (All clips used must be school appropriate.)
*** You will need clips where a character is in a movie theater or is watching something on a device (TV, computer, tablet, etc).***
4. Find, covert, ask for assistance converting HD movie clips for your project.
5. Using iMovie, GarageBand, and/or MPEG Streamclip to create your movie.

- Movie demonstrates a complete idea/story
- Character is watching an unexpected movie
- The audio from the movie the character is watching must be overlaid with the original audio
- Use side by side and or picture in picture to enhance your movie
- Movie has even volume levels (e.g. it does not go from loud to quiet to loud)
- Mood appropriate music and sound effects are used where needed (if there isn't dialogue)
- Movie clips are crisp, clear, and not pixelated
- Movie is well edited - all clips and audio fit together nicely
- Cite any copyrighted materials
